Blessing spent 8 years working with frontline teams within two local authorities before venturing into the world of health and care regulation at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) where she spent 8 years in substantive roles regulating a variety of services. She remains a part of the CQC’s advisory and complementary workforce. Over the years she has used her experience to bring about better outcomes for people through her professional roles and through coaching.

James Baird, Data Analyst at Tendable
James currently works at Tendable as our Data Analyst. He has over 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector across NHS, commercial and academic settings. He has worked across various elements of data analysis, modelling and data engineering for healthcare research. This includes roles as a senior data scientist at Corevitas, senior data manager at the University of Sheffield and clinical data scientist at London Ambulance Service.
He has also been working on our new, enhanced analytics and building our CQC dashboard to ensure that we are supporting our front-line teams in evidencing effectively against their quality statements. James has been leading our efforts to use data to inform our quality solution.
