Rose is our Chief Operating Officer, she joined Tendable in the summer of 2018 with a background in management consultancy, delivering productivity improvements across a range of sectors with a focus on Health and Social Care. Rose is passionate about using data to inform the decisions that are being made at all levels of an organisation to deliver real, tangible improvements. Initially leading the Implementation and Support team, Rose now leads our internal projects and our customer-facing consulting team to make sure we can support our growing Tendable community.

Abbas Bukhari

Head of Customer Success

Abbas is our Head of Customer Success and brings with him over 10 years of experience in management consulting and technology start-ups, spanning both public and private sectors. Abbas has extensive expertise in digital transformation, SaaS delivery, and leading post-sales initiatives for enterprise customers within high-growth tech businesses. He is passionate about delivering tangible value for customers and transforming their digital landscape through scalable solutions. Abbas leads our Customer Success team and continues to grow and transform the care quality landscape within Tendable.

Poonam Gupta

Head of Engineering

Poonam is our Head of Engineering and comes with 17+ years of experience, bringing with her a passion for delivering impactful technology solutions to the table. Poonam’s expertise in building and managing result-oriented teams has led to successful technology products and platforms across diverse industries, including health-tech, analytics, AI, e-commerce, AdTech, and SaaS. With skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, working closely with business leaders to create technology strategies that drive delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. Poonam’s commitment to technology innovation and user experience drives her to continuously improve and bring value to all stakeholders.

Adam Watt

Head of Marketing

Adam is our Head of Marketing, with over a decade of experience driving marketing innovation across the healthcare, life sciences & technology industries. He is dedicated to sharing the stories of healthcare professionals making a positive impact on the world, and expanding Tendable's presence across the globe, to enable organisations to best use real-time data to make complex decisions.

Yasmin Peiris

Head of Commercial

Yasmin is our Head of Commercial, with 13 years of experience working in the UK healthcare sector. Her background includes management consultancy at a top tier firm and five years working in the NHS. She brings a deep understanding of the health and social care sector, extensive expertise delivering strategy, operational improvement and digital transformation projects and a strong track record delivering growth in the sector. She is passionate about improving health and social care services for the benefit of patients and staff and has won a Management Consultancies Association Award for her work in freeing up time to care for NHS staff. Yasmin leads our Commercial Team and is responsible for growing Tendable's customer base in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada.

Rob Thornton

Chief Financial Officer

Rob is our Chief Financial Officer at Tendable. He is a chartered accountant with wide experience across financial analysis and control, business change and development. He is incredibly proud to be working for Tendable, providing tools and solutions to help clinical teams and management maintain their high standards of care for our community. Rob has experience across a number of industries including 12 years of experience working within the NHS.

Tim Bolot

Founder and CEO

Tim is our Founder and CEO of Tendable, a Health Tech company that brings people together to better understand and improve quality across health and social care. He believes in innovation and putting the customer at the heart of what we do.

Our products were designed on the frontline, for the frontline and are leading a transformation in the culture of quality across care and clinical environments. Tim has experience across a range of Health and Social care organisations as well as having provided management services to lenders and investors within the NHS.

Professor Jane Cummings CBE RN.

Specialist Advisor

Professor Jane Cummings CBE RN. is the former Chief Nursing Officer for England, and she was responsible for the invention of the 6 Cs of nursing: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment. Jane has been awarded doctorates by Edge Hill University, Bucks New University and Bradford University; she is a visiting professor at Kingston University. Jane is also a trustee for CHSA, Chair of the RCN Foundation, Clinical Ambassador for the Over the Wall Children’s Charity, and vice-chair of NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board. Tendable are delighted to have Jane as a specialist advisor, bringing her significant expertise and experience to our product, community, and engagement with our customers.

Mike Farrar

Specialist Advisor

Mike Farrar currently works as a management consultant with 15 years of CEO experience working within the NHS. His roles within the NHS have included Chief Executive of West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire Strategic Health Authorities, Chief Executive of Tees Valley Health Authority and Head of Primary Care at the Department of Health (United Kingdom). During his time at the Department of Health, Mike was responsible for establishing Primary Care Groups, Primary Care Trusts, and PMS. In addition, he chaired the NHS Confederation GP Contract negotiating team that successfully negotiated the new General Medical Service contract and is the National Programme Director of NHS Live. Tendable are delighted to have Mike as a specialist advisor, bringing his valued expertise and vast experience to our solution.

Milly Williams

SA Country Ambassador - Specialist Advisor

Milly is our Country Ambassador for South Africa at Tendable. She has 20 years’ experience as a partner at PwC, South Africa. Milly also holds 11 years of experience as a Healthcare industry advisory leader, 8 years in finance transformation and public sector advisory services. Healthcare is a key priority for Milly. Her aim is to create a meaningful impact and her motivation is to help people through leadership and transformation. Milly has served as a trustee on the board of the PwC SA staff provident fund, a board member of the PwC governing board and an Africa ethics and business conduct leader. She has gained exposure in both the private and public sector including hospital groups, pharmaceutical companies, and medical schemes. We are so pleased to have Milly as a specialist advisor bringing her vast experience and expertise to support us as we continue to grow.
